Question by JDM as FCK: How can i connect my surround sound and ps3 to my HDTV LCD Television?
Okay last night i purchased a samsung lcd ledtv 7000 series 7 UN40B7000. Okay well heres the deal, the television only has RGB inputs and two white and red inputs but no yellow. I know the ps3 goes to the television with hdmi cables. But now how to get the surround sound method with the tv? in other wwords i want the tv’s sound to go to the surround sound program also. The surround sound system is a panasonic dvd surround sound system with ipod dock.

I’d run the PS3 1st to the Surround amp…then just send the video over to the LCD Television set from there…..

That’s the only way to get SURROUND more than to the amp…unless your PS3 has a separate OPTICAL AUDIO OUTPUT….

That is the regular way to get surround out of a game or DVD player….
